My experience at Pelo West was nothing short of perfect. It started with a glass of champayne and a relaxing warm sauna. Then a pampering and relaxing massage with the amazing Monica and all the wonderful customer service from Grace. I highly recommend and will definitely be back when I’m in town again!

My friend and I had the best experience at Pelo in the Galt House Hotel. We had a few hours to kill, and on a whim I decided to head to the spa to see if they had any openings for a massage. They moved mountains to fit us in so we could have massages after a busy weekend and before we needed to head home. My massage therapist Kate was amazing! After we were done, we both commented on how relaxing and effective they were. If our schedules find us at Galt House again, a visit to Pelo will definitely be on the list!

Absolutely beautiful facility and the massage from Sherry was incredible. The vibe is awesome and Nema, the owner, was incredibly kind and conversational. Wish I was local and could come more frequently!

Our first couples massage and it was wonderful! Excellent experience as soon as we stepped off the elevator. We will definitely be back! The only thing we said we’d do differently is book the 80 minute massages because it was that amazing.

Booked a couples massage here as an early Valentine’s Day gift to my lovely girlfriend & when I say this place did not disappoint… they went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. Our massage therapists were very thorough and highly-skilled making sure to accommodate our individual needs and left us both feeling refreshed & reinvigorated! The customer service was exceptional!!!! From the moment we walked through the door everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a nice, clean, affordable place for self-care, let me save you some time .. PELO WEST is the place to go and it’s not even close!!! It is located in downtown Louisville, KY in the iconic Galt House Hotel ( parking is validated, in case you are worried about that) so if you live in the area or happen to be passing through and want a relaxing getaway be sure to stop in.. You will not regret it or want to leave hahaha but seriously.. thank you to the whole Pelo West crew for helping me make this Valentine’s Day special for us, it was an amazing experience! We are already looking forward to coming back again soon!!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Clean, super friendly staff, and great relaxing vibe. Mercedes was my masseuse and she hands down gave the best massage I’ve ever received. She was able to get a knot out of my shoulder area that I have never been able to get out even with monthly massages! Definitely recommend taking the time for some self care and relaxing here. It’s totally worth it! And who doesn’t like complementary champagne!

I had my daughter’s 10th birthday party here with 5 of her friends and they had mini manicures and mini facials - all age appropriate and with gentle products. They had THE BEST time, truly a memorable experience for all. The staff were amazing and even played age appropriate music for the girls to enjoy. I can’t recommend this place enough. And moms can enjoy top notch treatments as well!!

I had a massage, facial, and pedicure at Pelo West as part of a stay-cation. All of my services were amazing, but Gabby, my esthetician went above and beyond educating me on my specific skin type and needs. The spa itself was a different vibe than I was expecting. The lobby and nail/hair areas were dark, moody, and eclectic with upbeat music playing. The massage and facial rooms were similar in style, but had calming music playing and dim lighting. Overall, it was such a fun and positive experience! I will definitely be back.
